Orders

Processing Time 

I appreciate your order; I strive to ship your purchases within 3 weeks of your order date unless otherwise noted.  I do not keep any dyed stock; this allows me to personalize and customize my yarns just for you. I dye in small batches to keep the color and pattern consistency high.

Please remember that Jolly Holiday Yarns is a small, one woman run business that operates within the crazy military lifestyle. In addition to Jolly Holiday, I have a second part time job. I work very hard to keep my orders running smooth but occasionally life does get in the way. I make sure to keep open communication with you to provide you the best service and product possible.

Can you combine orders?

Yes, and we’ll refund any shipping differences as appropriate.

Help! I’ve forgotten to add an item to my order, or I’ve ordered the wrong items!

Simply send me an email at sales@jollyholidayyarns.com or fill out the contact form and I would be happy to fix your order. Please note that changes to your order may change the amount you are charged for shipping or the day your package ships.

Shipping

Where and How do you ship?

I promise to get things out as quick as I can and I ship packages weekly – I know how exciting it is to get happy mail! Please keep in mind that I am one person behind this business and while I try my absolute hardest to get things out on time, sometimes things can be delayed due to life, but very rarely!

Jolly Holiday Yarns currently ships to the United States, Canada and the EU. We will also ship to APO & PO boxes. We are not currently shipping to the UK or to countries not within the EU. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available within the United States only for orders over $150.00 before taxes.

If you are located in a country where we are not currently shipping to feel free to contact us to see if shipping is possible. We are always happy to review the available options.

We currently ship our packages with DHL, UPS & USPS. All packages come with Tracking. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has shipped.

Customs

I ship internationally. However, I am not responsible for any customs fees you may have to pay if you are outside of the US , to release your item from customs. We have zero control over customs fees. This price can range due to the region you live in. Shipping fees are non-refundable should the package be refused for any reason. Your package will be marked as merchandise and include an invoice. It is illegal for us to mark your purchase as a “gift” - please do not ask!

Returns/ Cancellations / Exchanges

If you have a problem with your order, please, please contact me. I put my heart into every yarn I create, and your happiness is very important to me!

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

CUSTOM AND ONE-OF-A-KIND ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@jollyholidayyarns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for return shipping.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

Damages & Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
